Outline Itinerary

  • Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
  • Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu and preparation for the trek.
  • Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2810m) & trek to Phakding (2660m). 3-4 hours walk.
  • Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m). 7-8 hours walk.
  • Day 05: Explore Namche Bazaar. Acclimatization Day. Khumjung Hiking (3900m).
  • Day 06: Trek to Tyangboche (3870m). 6-7 hours Walk.
  • Day 07: Trek to Pheriche (4240m) 5-6 hours walk.
  • Day 08: Pheriche – acclimatization day > Nangartsang Hill Hiking (5010m)
  • Day 09: Trek to Lobuche (4940m)
  • Day 10: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5365m) and walk back to Gorak Shep (5160m). 7-8 hours walk.
  • Day 11: Trek to Kalapatthar (5545m). The highest point on the trek. Back to Pheriche. 7-8 hours.
  • Day 12: Trek back to Tengboche (3870m). 5-6 hours walk.
  • Day 13: Trek to Monjo (2835m). 5-6 hours walk.
  • Day 14: Trek back to Lukla (2810m). 6-7 hours walk.
  • Day 15: Fly back to Kathmandu (1300m).
  • Day 16: Final departure.

  • Day 01Arrival at Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.After your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, our representative will welcome you at the airport and escort you to your hotel. During the evening time, we will meet the team and discuss about our further programs over the welcome dinner.
  • Day 02Sightseeing in Kathmandu and preparation for the trek.Early morning Yoga and meditation session. Then after having healthy Yogic breakfast, we will have sightseeing around the religious and historical places of Kathmandu. During the evening time, Aarati at Pashupatinath Temple. O/N in Kathmandu.
  • Day 03Fly to Lukla (2810m) & trek to Phakding (2660m). 3-4 hours walk.Early morning Yoga and meditation and fly towards Lukla which is wonderful as well as adventurous. After having breakfast in Lukla, we will trek towards Phakding. O/N in Phakding.
  • Day 04Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m). 7-8 hours walk.Early morning meditation. After having healthy yogic breakfast, your real trek in thin air begins from Phakding. You will trek through pine forests, crossing different suspension bridges and encountering the ever smiling Sherpa people on the different beautiful villages on the way before entering ‘The Gateway to Everest’, Namche Bazaar. O/N in Namche Bazaar.
  • Day 05Explore Namche Bazaar. Acclimatization Day. Khumjung Hiking (3900m).Early morning meditation session. After having healthy yogic breakfast, you can explore local market, visit local museums, mingle with local Sherpas or you may as well hike to the famous Everest View Hotel built by Japanese in the '60s to catch a glimpse of the Mount Everest. O/N in Namche Bazaar.
  • Day 06Trek to Tyangboche (3870m). 6-7 hours Walk.Early morning meditation session. After having healthy yogic breakfast, trek from Namche Bazaar to beautiful village of Tyangboche. On your way, you will visit the Khumjung Gompa which was believed to possess the skull of a Yeti. O/N in Tyangboche.
  • Day 07Trek to Pheriche (4240m) 5-6 hours walk.Early morning meditation session. After having yogic breakfast, trek from Tyangboche to Pheriche. During the trek, you can spot various birds including Pheasant and the national bird of Nepal, Danfe. O/N in Pheriche.
  • Day 08Pheriche – acclimatization day > Nangartsang Hill Hiking (5010m)Early morning, meditation session. After having healthy yogic breakfast, we can spend the day by exploring the Pheriche and acclimatize to the high altitude by taking short hikes. O/N in Pheriche.
  • Day 09Trek to Lobuche (4940m)Early morning meditation session. After having healthy yogic breakfast, continue the trek from Pheriche to Lobuche. O/N in Lobuche.
  • Day 10Trek to Everest Base Camp (5365m) and walk back to Gorak Shep (5160m). 7-8 hours walk.Early morning meditation session. After having healthy yogic breakfast, we will continue our trek to Everest Base Camp via Gorak shep. On the way we can find monuments dedicated to climbers who have died on Everest as well as trekkers who have succumbed to High Altitude. O/N in Gorak Shep.
  • Day 11Trek to Kalapatthar (5545m). The highest point on the trek. Back to Pheriche. 7-8 hours.Early morning, meditation session. After having healthy yogic breakfast, we will start our trek to Kalapatthar. The climb won’t be easy but the view you see from Kalapatthar is priceless. From Kalapatthar we will trek back to Pheriche. O/N in Pheriche.
  • Day 12Trek back to Tengboche (3870m). 5-6 hours walk.Early morning meditation session. After having healthy yogic breakfast, we will descend towards Tengboche. O/N in Tengboche.
  • Day 13Trek to Monjo (2835m). 5-6 hours walk.Early morning meditation session. After having healthy yogic breakfast, we will trek down to Monjo via Namche passing through forest and river. O/N in Monjo.
  • Day 14Trek back to Lukla (2810m). 6-7 hours walk.Early morning yoga and meditation session. After having healthy yogic breakfast, we will trek back to Lukla to return Kathmandu. During the afternoon, we will have enough time to explore Lukla Bazaar. O/N in Lukla.
  • Day 15Fly back to Kathmandu (1300m).Early morning yoga and meditation session. After having healthy yogic breakfast, we will fly back to Kathmandu. During the afternoon, we will have free time for shopping, relaxing or sightseeing around Kathmandu. O/N in Kathmandu.
  • Day 16Final departure.Departure for onward destination.

Trip Note

Unforeseen cost such as flight cancellation or delayed, sick in trekking, and helicopter rescue in trekking, cost due to bad weather etc. is out of our control.
